1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win an entrant must be a legal resident of the United States who is 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who has Internet access (void in Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming and wherever prohibited or restricted by law). Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related of World Inspection Network, International Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at Midnight Pacific Time ("PT") on November 1, 2011, and ends at Midnight Pacific Time ("PT") on January 30, 2012, ("the Sweepstakes Period"). During the sweepstakes period, go to www.wini.com and select the promotional icon. To enter, complete all required information on the online entry form including first and last name, company name, complete mailing address, zip code, daytime telephone number including area code, e-mail address and confirm your email address. Select Submit (enter to WIN icon) during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (PST) January 30, 2012 . (the "Sweepstakes Closing Date").

Sweepstakes entry is limited to one (1) entry per person per day, per e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the allowable entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other method that unfairly increase the odds of winning, will void all of that participant's entries.

By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor and its agents reserve the right to verify eligibility of all entrants. Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. All entries received become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Neither the Sponsor, nor any of its officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, franchisees, employees and representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries that are altered, defective, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, invalid, late, lost, misrouted, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Entry information; for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunication; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; printing errors; production errors; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail; or any other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes, even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Proof of entering information at Website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Sweepstakes without prior notification.

3. DRAWING/PRIZES/ODDS: On or about February 7th, 2012, a random drawing will be conducted among all eligible entries received to award the following: Twenty (20) grand prizes will be awarded, consisting of a merchant gift card from one of the following retailers, Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Home Depot. (ARV; $250 ea USD). Nine (9) weekly prizes. A weekly prize drawing for one (1) 32 GB Apple ipod touch will be awarded each week to qualified entries received during the sweepstakes period (ARV; $299 ea USD). Total ARV: $7,700 USD. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, and the Home Depot.

The random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The selection of the features shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Potential winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or registered mail. Winners will be required to complete various consents, waivers and other forms. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery, not delayed delivery of prize; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Unless otherwise noted, allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery of prizes following completion of notification process.

4. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds who tampers with the entry process, operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice and to select winner's from all eligible Entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problems or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entries to be received by Sponsor on account of human error, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of Website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

5. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, local taxes and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of prize winners. By participating, entrants agree a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects and in all matters relating to this promotion; b) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless World Inspection Network International, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, franchisees, employees and representatives from any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss of or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light), arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes or from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the sweepstakes or any sweepstakes related activity; and c) if a qualified winner, winner further agrees to the use of their name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes.

6. WINNERS' LIST: Winners will be announced on http://www.customerappreciationevent.wini.com once they have been verified and all documents have been received. Winners first initial, last name, firm, city, state may be listed.
